The Iliad
The principal episodes of The Iliad are carried to the stage by Richard Tremblay who joins together in this superb production the kathakali dance theatre and the epics of Homer, two of the world largest cultural monuments.

Talavattam
Preeminent in The Raga du Moment Series, Talavattam is a work for the Mridangam, a drum played in classical music of India, and the kathakali percussion instruments. For this reason, Talavattam is a first. In this work for percussion instruments, the mridangam replaces the song of the Kathakali dance by creating a dramatic center rich, single, and of great narrative power.

Place of meetings and exchanges

The Rencontres Chorégraphiques (The Choreographic Meetings)
The Rencontres create a platform where, in the intimacy of discussion, the choreographer Richard Tremblay initiates an exchange of ideas with his guests on creativity and creation. The first series included six meetings, each featuring one choreographer presenting his/her approach to creation and reflecting on contemporary choreographic practices. The meetings gave an opportunity to see works in progress, and excerpts.

Summer Concert Event
This impressive and uncommon Summer Concert was first presented in 1997. It consisted of a composition for percussion instruments and the chime with five bells of the church of Notre Dame de Grace, in Montreal. Rarely seen in North America, the percussion instruments of Kerala have come to the foreground of the public attention in this concert.
